Although I have no vote; I'd agree - history for faq.xml is pref to history
for faqs2document.xsl.
I'm going home in 30 mins (3.30pm GMT) and won't be able to do any more
patches prior to Tuesday after that - would you like me to produce the
patches or do you want to wait and do them yourself?
