Hi Konstantin, does the following file exist under tomcat home?
webapps\cocoon\WEB-INF\classes\CatalogManager.properties
It should have been copied there by the build process and the
path to the default catalog automatically adjusted. If not, then
see the Build Notes in xdocs/catalog.xml
If that was OK, then did you get any status messages going to
stdout when accessing the demo? Also, please watch for catalog
loader messages when Cocoon starts. and operates.
