entity catalogs: XercesParser.java needs mods too

Hi Dims, as far as i can tell, there is a need to effect the same 
modifications to XercesParser.java as you did to JaxpParser.java
to set the entity catalog resolver for the parser.
As you know, cocoon.xconf provides the capability to activate the
XercesParser instead of the default JaxpParser.
