Page http://xml.apache.org/cocoon2/install.html indicates to delete dom.jar in <resin>/lib/
This causes a subtle bug as class org.w3c.xsl.XSLTContext does not exist in the replacement jars but did exist in the dom.jar that was deleted. Resin's error.log grows and grows. To attempt to fix it, I've created a single class jar and placed it back in libs.
