I agree with you completely: Cocoon cannot find the configuration file. The actual problem is that the data file over the address file://localhost/C:/In-Q-MyAppServer4.2.7/alone\services\servlet_jsp\work\js pTemp\cocoon\root\cocoon.xconf is attainable!
