I would like to propose

as a new committer for the Cocoon project for his excellent work on
adding search capability with Cocoon using the Lucene indexing engine.
Write access on the CVS should allow him to have faster development
cycles and wider feedback on his code.
Given the importance search has for the yet-if-ever-to-come semantic
web, I want to give all possible help to those who volunteer on this.
