        Yes, but the patch was only applicable to the Tomcat 3.2.x
        section of the documentation. The Tomcat 4.0.1 section remains
        as it was, which essentially says that cocoon works out of the
        box with it.

        AFAIK, you shouldn't have to change anything to get Cocoon to
        work with Tomcat 4.0.1, it should be just a matter of installing
        your application into the webapp directory or entering a context
        in the server.xml.
