Torsten, I here fully agree with Sylvain, and I was trying to tell you same as Sylvain, may be just not so clear... If you read examples from C1 (reference in my other email), you will see that after XML tag nested in <xsp:logic>, C1 *is* switching to content mode, ending scope of Java.
