I think something just broke between r1.3 & r1.2 of src/java/org/apache/cocoon/components/language/markup/Logicsheet.java.
Error: A constructor associated with this type, "NamedLogicsheet", does not throw the exception "org/xml/sax/SAXException" thrown by its super type, "org/apache/cocoon/components/language/markup/Logicsheet".
