Java "code-formatter" incorrectly formats double values

This is because of JStyle formatter (in the jstyle.jar). This software now is 
abandoned and replaced by astyle (at astyle.sourceforge.net) - C/C++ program to 
format source files. There are several options now:
1. Disable jstyle in cocoon.xconf,
2. Patch jstyle.jar,
3. Make other formatter work with cocoon (say, astyle).

I'm closing this bug because it concerns not core Cocoon, but the library 
Cocoon uses.
