Hm, I'm not sure if we should remove versions as they are still
downloadable.
I changed g) to "Current CVS" and b) to "2.0a1" and added h) "2.0.1".

If we want to delete version entries we have to move the entries linked to
that specific version to another version. Take for example the entries for
"2.0b2".
To what other version should we associate them?
So I think it should be as it is. How do other projects handle this?
