Hi,
no problem. But the encoding is set in the AbstractTextSerializer. IMHO it 
should make no difference to the "user" if he writes:
<encoding>iso8859-1</encoding>
or
<encoding>ISO-8859-1</encoding

My idea is that the AbstractTextSerializer (HTMLSerializer is extended from 
this class) normalizes this characters.
