I like the second option.

Another option is to reuse the confirm.xml page, followed by wizard2txt.xsl,
followed by xmlform2txt.xsl,
then an smtp serializer (or transformer?).

Is there an SMTP serializer available? It shouldn't be hard to write one.

BTW, Konstantin are you back from vacation, or you just can't stay too long
off the keyboard, wherever you are?
