I want to second Nicola.

Since XMLForm was announced it was improved greatly by different people.
Just look at the activity on the list.

There was no way I would have improved it myself in such a short time.
Furthermore I wouldn't even bother to touch it if I didn't know that someone
is interested in it.

It is in a usable state, just good enough to be exposed to a wider audience
which will help perfect it.
