IMO the best inclusion into this realease (take into account XML CMS capabilities) are Foldering and Access List. These two funtionalities provide a good support for Database Oriented CMS such as DBPrism CMS, foldering permits to store XML content into a filesystem like structure with versioning, WebDAV support and so on, and Access List provides a security layer to this content. But Oracle 9iR2 is not a competion to Cocoon2 because are in different layer.
