Yup.  Generally I agree.  (speaking generally of course, since I know 
nothing about whats in the new
xerces and xalans).  Though if these happen to be dud releases or 
horribly incompatible releases of
xerces and xalan well there's always Cocoon 2.0.4 ;-)
