Currently the only way is to write an Action to handle the upload. Here's an example how to do this: http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=xml-cocoon-dev&m=101878098524370&w=2
The upload mechanism should be improved to make the upload behaviour configurable in some other way. I volunteered to take at look at this but i wont get to this till october. Is there a role I should implement and configure ?
