Hello, ahem, the Jisp Stpore acts like a normal database. Question, did you ever see your Oracle, DB2, MySQL and Co. database decreasing the size of their datafiles?. That's not possible.
What I did? - implemented the clear() method, which clears all the entries but do not decrease the file size. - When you want to get rid of your large data file.
