Good catch.
Your solution is appropriate, however LinkedHashSet is only available in JDK 
1.4.
I changed the method return type to Collection and used a LinkedList 
implementation.
I added comments to the source code that when we decide to drop support for 
JDK 1.3, the LinkedHashSet will be used.
