If you comment out references to it in the sitemap's map:components section, as well as to the matcher that uses the svg2jpg serializer, it will build for you. It worked for me yesterday. Is this related to Ken's mid-September efforts to move FOP and Batik classes to blocks? I'm not aware of a need for the SVGSerializer in the main docs. Should we delete these references in the documentation sitemap?
