These rules add to the validating power of the grammar, and can now invalidate all the invalid pipeline examples in the lint sitemap. They also incorporate all the rules (sometimes updated) present in the cocoon 2.0.3. sitemap.xsl. I have added a temporary testing target of validate-schematron to build.xml. This needs replacing with a more suitable mechanism (something from Avallon coming?) when we are ready. It uses the schematron-basic xslt validator, which I have included in an attachment, but this is not really suitable for anything other than testing purposes. The rules theselves are extracted with an XSLT transform to generate the schematron grammar.
