This is where the old samples were moved. Some of them were refactored and are located directly in src/webapp/samples/ , e.g. i18n/, jsp/, xmlform/. So, if you have a desire to refactore the remaining samples (in /samples/docs/samples) then simply follow the structure of already refactored ones, i.e.: create a separate directory for each sample (e.g. xsp/), place a separate sitemap there, containing only needed components and update paths in samples.xml to point to the new (e.g. /samples/xsp) directory. > > the samples i'm looking for are here or there are not other old samples > any more Nothing was removed, they were just moved somewhere.
