Actually, there are two: AbstractExtractionTransformer and the above
mentioned SimpleFormInstanceExtractionTransformer.
If you look at the code, you'll see that the latter is very simple and
contains all the form specific stuff. Well, actually, the "form
specific stuff" really is only the default values.
