This is because the extractor generator and transformer pair did disappear. At least when I last checked out a week ago.

Yes Bernhard, i can confirm that the samples/welcome-svg (Samples => More Samples => Static Content => SVG Welcome Page) does *not* work. The main part of the page is blank.
