Top tip.. james.apache.org now redirects to jakarta.apache.org/james

All you have to do is create an .htaccess file in /www/cocoon.apache.org with a single 
line in it like this one (change the refrences)..

RedirectMatch (.*)$ http://jakarta.apache.org/james$1

When you move your site across put a similar file in the old location and any links 
pointing at it will continue to work.
