Thanks for the thread Steven, I tend to forget conversations over
a month ago ;)

But I didn't read where it said that CVS couldn't be used... 
it recommended that ANT wasn't used.  Oh, BTW, I'm not refering to
the LICENSES/ directory, mearly code...

I *don't* think that the licenses should be incremented en-mass,
they should only be updated as edited and if CVS can do it, well.

Just my 3p's (inflation) worth :)
