[vote] remove interactive build targets

I believe interactive targets are harmful and I propose to remove them.

The reasons:

1) the build system gets much bigger

2) people never learn to use the overriding property file

3) people tend to forget what they typed if it's not saved in a script, and interactive targets aren't scriptable
