AFAIK, the original stuff that is now used in Cocoon was removed from Avalon
(Excalibur).
Although, I'd be happy if the Cocoon's i18n bundle handling stuff were moved
back to Avalon or be replaced with something better.
I am in talks with the author of the Jakarta Commons Resource project to
merge efforts on i18n. He has alot of good stuff in there, and might
have already surpassed Avalon's small bit of functionality.
If the Avalon i18n JAR is no longer being used, what about removing it
from the CORE API?
Also are there any other Avalon projects that Cocoon has readopted and
are developing separately?
