Is there any particular reason for this?

I patched it (fixing also a typo, it's ${resources}, not ${resource}) and it's working on my setup, but I'm wondering if there is an important reason for that particular warning to refrain me from committing this quickie...
Don't know the answer to why the block libs (I assume it was only that Stefano hadn't gotten to it yet?) but the typo was fixed earlier this AM so you may want to regenerate your patch on a fresh checkout.
