Tim Endres has agreed to release his jcvsii package under a BSD style license so this is what I was waiting for to get started with the SCM package. If anyone is interested and wants to get something going say so and I'll hand over what I have.
Yes, I think it's pretty good news. Now what I miss is a CVSGenerator :)
