I am happy to report that the new repository (cocoon-2.1) checks out, 
builds and runs fine on MacOSX 10.2.4 + JVM 1.4.1.

The problems reported yesterday with Jetty under JVM 1.3.1 and the 
'mail' and 'asciiart' blocks still exist, along with the strange 
character encoding problem.
