it seems to me that xpointer doesn't work anymore. Does anyone else have the same experience?
This works:
<xi:include xml:base="cocoon" href="book.xml"/>
and this does not work anymore:
<xi:include xml:base="cocoon" href="book.xml#xpointer(/book/chapters)"/>
