could it be that you are using an old CVS version? Because your recent changes are reverting some changes I made over one week ago!
Especially the change the call SourceUtil.toSAX() has changed and I rewrote parts of the SourceWriting Transformer that you reverted.

I thought I updated the repository *daily* for the last week or so.
