Sorry, my fault. The src/documentation/sitemap.xmap file is meant to be used by Forrest only. There's a sitemap-localdocs.xmap file for native Cocoon rendering of the docs. The Ant 'docs' target renames sitemap-localdocs.xmap to sitemap.xmap in the local context, but I forgot to do it for the 'webapp' target.
