documentation, as follows:
1) Incorporated Ovidiu's description of using the flow layer published
on his weblog
2) Documented the important features of the current JavaScript API
3) Documented sitemap elements: <map:call function...> and <map:call
continuation...>
4) Documented the JXTemplate generator
5) Documented the JPath logic sheet
6) Documented the Velocity generator's interaction with the flow layer
