You'd think someone would have it; there must be a Schema implementation validation test hanging around with the xsd folks somewhere? Maybe asking on xml-dev would dig up something (I'll try to remember to do so). A quick Google search did turn up http://www.w3.org/2001/05/xmlschema-test-collection.html but I think this isn't quite what you want...
