It's good to hear that you have energy and time to invest in the forms/flow department, having good examples and docs will be a major step forward IMHO.

At first I though this was some (very) funny IT-related certification, but I know what you're talking of.
I'm sure the Cocoon mailing lists must be a gold mine to study for Transactional Analysis ;-)
