The Wiki page at ForrestProposal http://outerthought.net/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=ForrestProposal is now getting quite advanced. Thanks to Diana for the recent re-arrangement and fine-tuning. Today i added a few general comments and two new items 15-16. I also added a ToDo item about the next stage.
