+1 on making sure the Wiki is prominently linked from the official documentation
-1 on doing it now, especially deep links (to a specific page) before:
- there is sufficient, _authorative_ content - it is seriously reviewed
Agreed - the wiki *is* an official source of info and the beginner's stuff is well visible on the left menu, so I agree that it's better to wait for more content in the beginner's section before making very visible announcements.
