- !!What the document means
+ !!What the {{lucene:index}} document means
- The transformer will consume any elements in the {{lucene}} namespace, and
any children of a {{lucene:document}} element, so if your {{lucene:index}}
element is the root of your input document then there'll be no elements at all
in the output. For this reason, if you want the transformer to output a valid
XML "document" (rather than just an XML fragment), you should enclose the
{{lucene:index}} element in another root element, such as {{index}}. The
transformer will pass this element through to your output document.
