I can't figure out how to get actions compiled. I was having a lot of
problems with the actions I was trying to write, so I figured I'd try the
little example action on the cocoon2 website, HelloWorldAction. I've
included every jar in cocoon's WEB-INF/lib directory. I still get a bunch
of unresolved symbol errors, on classes. The compiler can't find Parameter,
and is having some problem with Request.
