Hi Kok,
the ampersand is a special character, it introduces an entity which is
somewhat similar to a C #define. So the XML parser thinks is a XML
tag, which is not declared anywhere. There are two solutions. The better one
is to write an entity clause in your DTD which will map to   or,
the less elegant version is to replace all tags with
