Hello All,
I am fairly new to cocoon. I am trying to install
cocoon and make it work with tomcat but I have not
been able to do that. Here's some more info--
OS: Windows 2000 professional
JVM: Sun jdk1.3
tomcat: Tomcat version 3.3
cocoon: cocoon version 1.8.2
When I start tomcat, it works fine; the index.html
page of the tomcat gets displayed properly; I can run
the servlets/jsp examples as well. But when I try to
execute http://localhost:8080/cocoon/Cocoon.xml or any
other samples' xml, I get the following error (in the
tomcat console window) --
Exception in preInit org.apache.cocoon.Cocoon -
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException
Does anybody know the source of error, please let me
know.
