C2: Pipelines not relative to /cocoon

Is it possible to have a pipeline mounting a directory
outside the cocoon context. something like if I have
cocoon in 'd:/foo/cocoon' and having a pipeline
mapping in 'd:/bar' as /cocoon/bar.
