The simplest is to host it yourself. For instance - I have a cable Internet
connection at home, which is always on.
I simply run Tomcat and Cocoon (1.8) on Win 95 with my apps on it, and
anybody on Internet can access it.
To learn your IP or DNS host name, type ipcnfg at dos prompt.
