Hi, I found that Cocoon 1.8 fails when the include hierarchy gets deeper than 2 stages. My main xml file includes another one using the doctype/entity system syntax. This works. But as soon as one of the included xml files does the same, I get a "well-defined" error. Why this? Any hints?
