Hi.,
The 101 of c2 is that every http request to c2 is
mapped to some resource. This mapping is done in
sitemap..
Good start is to open sitemap file and look for the
sample request(hello.svg) you mentioned...
One more thing to remember for starter is the request
can be mapped 1-to-1 or by means of wildcard(ie saying
that any request that comes like
http://localhost:8080/cocoon/doc/* where * couldbe any
name like test.html or test1.html )...
