Sorry, but I get a "Ressource not found" message, when I want
to access my xml files in cocoon. i suppose I've installed it wrongly. Can you
tell me what I missed?
Win95
Cocoon 201
Tomcat 4.b5
I inserted the init param in the web.xml of Cocoon, build it,
and copied it to Tomcat/webbapps.
I correctly get the Tomcat Home page at localhost:8080, and I
get the sample page of Cocoon at localhost:8080/cocoon
But there are two things that are going wrong.
1-If I put my xml file and its xsl stylesheet in
Tomcat/webapp/root, I can see my file in localhost:8080/myfile.xml, but whatever
changes I make to the xsl, nothing is modified in the file. To modify something,
I must change it inside the core of the xml.
2-When I put my xml and xsl file in Tomcat/Webapp/Cocoon/ the
request localhost:8080/cocoon/myfile.xml gives me "Ressource not found
myfile.xml". I've tried putting them in a sub directory of Cocoon, but nothing
better happened.
Please, can someone tell me where to put the xml files so that
I can access them through cocoon. I suppose I must specify the path to that
folder, but where?
thanks a lot, I'm getting a bit despered.
