In beta1 of Cocoon 2, if a ProcessingException was thrown, I would see the full cascading stack trace printed out in the error page and in the cocoon.log. Now I only get the first exception in the cascade, and the rest of the cascade is printed to the tomcat console. Was this a deliberate change?
