Unable to install cocoon

Hi ,   I h tried to install cocoon on tomcat 3.2.1 as per the steps given in the installation document, but couldnt get through. It gives a404 error of file not found. I think i might be wrong when we need to add the the cocoon .jar files in the tomcat.bat file.   Please help me out .   Bye,   Amit
